At Muhdo Fight Hub, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find all the key information about our shipping methods, timeframes and policies.
United Kingdom:
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days once dispatched.
We use DHL for UK deliveries.
European Union:
Orders are usually delivered within 5 working days.
Orders are shipped via FedEx.
We always aim to dispatch orders the same day where possible.
International Orders (Outside the UK & EU):
Clients must arrange their own collection for international shipping.
Due to repeated issues with unpaid customs fees, we are unable to cover duties, taxes, or return costs for international shipments.

Tracking Your Order

All tracking information is automatically sent via email - this system is integrated with our online store.
Returns
All B2C (direct-to-consumer) test kit orders include a return label inside the package.
Simply use the provided return label to send your sample back.
If your kit does not include a return label, please contact our support team.
Customs Duties & Taxes
All customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges associated with their order.
Unfortunately, we cannot assist or intervene with customs processing or payments.
